Before you begin using A&D Retouch Studio (herein referred to as “us” or “we”, “the website” or “A&D”), please read the following Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) carefully. These T&C govern your access to and use of the A&D services (“Service/Services”). This will constitute a binding agreement between you and A&D Retouch Studio (and the company which operates We-Retouch.com). Your access to and use of the Service are expressly conditioned on your compliance with these T&C. Note that any violation of these Terms and Conditions may result in termination of our Services to you.
We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Please refer to this webpage regularly for any changes. By continuing to access or use Services after A&D makes any changes, you agree to be bound by any such revised T&C.
If you disagree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, please do not use our Services.
A&D provides photo retouching and graphic design services to companies and private customers. We accept orders placed directly by email and through our website contact form at www.we-retouch.com/about.
We are based in Kiev, Ukraine, so we are unable to offer phone support or accept phone orders at the moment.
Our hours of operation: Mon – Fri 10 am to 8 pm (UTC+02:00).
If you submitted your image/images and instructions and made a payment, we’ll process your order and deliver the finished image/images to you by email, an Dropbox, WeTransfer, Google Drive etc.

By submitting your images, you grant A&D a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, transmit, modify, copy, display and edit any digital files or images received through use of the website for the purposes of completing your order.
You agree that you understand copyright and trademark laws and that all images and communications submitted to A&D do not violate any laws.
By using our services, you agree that you will NOT upload, place or transmit any of the following materials or obtain any of the following materials using our Services:
Your images and material submitted to our website/email and edited images are not accessible to public unless you share them with your networks.
Our written communication is intended only for the use of the individual or entity to which it is addressed and contains information that is confidential and exempt from disclosure under applicable law. Any disclosure, distribution, copying or use of the information is prohibited.
We respect your privacy and never outsource your projects outside of our in-house team.
However, you should know that images and information submitted through email or a contact form may be read or intercepted by third parties. You confirm that if such interceptions occur, A&D is not liable in any manner under all applicable laws and jurisdictions.
The website contains images and material owned by/licensed to A&D and protected by worldwide copyright and other proprietary laws. Reproduction, duplicating and using of images and material with any commercial purposes is prohibited without a reference unless the permission has been granted by A&D.
We may use other authors images for illustrative purposes only. Original images are the copyrighted property of their respective owners.
We may publish your review/feedback/testimonial on our website and/or social media. For private customers – we will only publish your first name and initials country/city unless you specify your full name/location in your review. You agree that we may publish edited/partial versions of the review, however, we will not edit a review in such a way as to create a misleading impression of your feedback.
You agree that A&D does not provide data storage services and has no responsibility or liability for the deletion your upload after the service is delivered within 30 days.
Our prices are quoted in US dollars (USD) for customers within USA and the rest of the world wand in euro (€) for customers from the Europe (by request).
The website pricing guide is given for a reference only.
Our hourly rate is 40$ USD.
Since every customer has very specific requirements, we quote each project individually as we estimate the time required to complete your order.
You agree that billing and shipping information that you submit is accurate. You agree that A&D is not liable for any delay in services or products that result from inaccurate billing/shipping information.
Quote/turnaround time are valid for 2 (two) business days from the date of quotation unless otherwise stated. Price/turnaround estimate is valid only according to the instructions provided.
You must contact us before making a payment if you need to make any changes to your order or split a payment, so we could amend an invoice. Any alterations to instructions may require an estimate to be reviewed and revised. Our written communication is a legally binding agreement between you and A&D, so we want to make sure both parties are clear about what has been agreed.
You are required to make a full payment at the time of placing your order.
We accept payment by PayPal or bank transfer (for companies within the USD only!).
PayPal is our partner and the safest and most secure way to pay online, used by millions every day. Once redirected to the PayPal secured website, you can either pay with your PayPal account if you have one, or pay by debit or credit card directly through PayPal.
For bank transfer, we require your company’s name, address, business ID; VAT number (the EU countries) before you place an order.

A&D provides an TFP trial to professional photographers ONLY!
Our trial includes basic portrait retouching: color correction; exposure adjustment; skin retouching, eyes/teeth enhancement. Intense photo manipulation; fashion/beauty retouching; jewelry retouching; real estate photo editing etc. are NOT included in the offer.
We retain the right to reject any photo which does not meet our standards, or which we deem inappropriate for any reason.
You must upload 1 (one) portrait/headshot photo and provide us with your company information: name, address, business ID, website/portfolio link.
After your information is verified, you will get one finished high – res JPG photo with our watermark.
We reserve the right to terminate the offer without any notice to any user.
We do not claim any copyright to finished photos submitted by our customers. However, our trial is provided on TFP basis (Trade For Print/Portfolio), so you agree that we may use the finished TFP photo and the Before and After comparison with a photo credit to you in our portfolio and/or social media.
A&D reserves the right to cancel the services/the order or to terminate business with you or to suspend using the website at any time and without recourse to the courts.
You can only cancel the order BEFORE you receive the order confirmation email from us and we start processing your order. Please take a note that you’ll be charged a PayPal transaction fee.
Once we confirm the order, the service cannot be cancelled.
A&D does not accept photo replacement after a price quote has been given. If you sent us a wrong photo(s) or instructions, you are not allowed to ask us to edit another photo for free as a replacement. You agree that you are responsible for the consequences of sending us incorrect files/instructions.
If you are not satisfied with our work, we offer 3 rounds of revisions within 30 days of delivery. We’ll do our best to give you the best results possible, but we have a NO REFUND policy as we contribute our time.
A&D can provide 3 rounds of revisions of your finished photos/projects at no charge. Revision requests are acceptable during 30 days after an order is complete. If you do not take any actions within 30 days, your order will be automatically closed and can not be re-opened. You will need to place a new order for retouching or revising the same photos.
Revision instructions should not conflict with or deviate from the original instructions filled out when the order was placed.
Minor changes can usually be made and given to you for review/approval within 2 – 3 business days. If the changes are more complex, the turnaround time will take up to 7-12 business days.
Take a note that unless otherwise agreed after 3 rounds of revisions any additional revisions will be billed at 40$ USD per hour. A&D makes no warranty that our services will meet all your expectations.
The contents of A&D emails and any files transmitted with them are confidential and intended solely for the use of the individual or entity to whom they are addressed. Please note that disclosing, copying, distributing or taking any action in reliance on the contents of this information is strictly prohibited and legally protected from disclosure.
The parties have agreed that the Terms and Conditions and related documents shall be written in English.
